Our Personal Note

Despite what the recipe says I cook my noodles and poached egg in the broth but put it into a separate bowl as I find it quite salty. The flavor lives in the packet with infused oil & fried shallots anyway!

Top with extra fried shallots "bawang goreng" if you have any lying around.
